Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born on 15 September 1915 in Ogden Utah. Fawn was a part of the Mormon church's most prestigious family, was able to combine her literary expertise and impressive research skills into an outstanding biography of Joseph Smith. No Man was aware of My History appeared in 1945. The title of this book was an inspiration for a funeral sermon that was delivered by the Church of Latter-Day Saints founder, Joseph Smith. In that sermon he stated: "You do not know what I'm about and you've never seen my heart." My story is not known to anybody. There is no way for me to share it with you. Fawn was a 29-year-old Fawn. From that point there have been at least three writers who have stood up to this challenge. A lot of people have detested him while others have glorified. Few have made a diagnosis. It's not that documents are missing, it's that they are so contradictory. The task is to sort out personal testimony from third party inconsistencies and integrating Mormon-related narratives into a cohesive mosaic of reliable theology. This is exciting and informative.
